I just grabbed my camera and headed for a small stroll and to try out my camera in the dark. There is no better evening to try to take night pictures than Christmas Eve. Many houses are lit and decorated and just begging to be photographed.
I got home, loaded all the pictures I got, and lit up my little candle jingle decoration. I really have no clue what these are called? I remember myself as a small girl sitting at my grandmas being mesmerized by light jingles and spinning wheel powered by light and heat of couple candles.

I was accompanied on my walk by my schoolmate/roommate with German ancestry I thought music choice was really appropriate, especially since it came with great creative commons license. Have a happy holidays everyone and a successful new year 2012!
